We must be willing to let go, to surrender, to quit holding onto the old and what we thought was real, to let go of our misperceptions that we have gripped onto so tightly, and to just be in acceptance while letting go of how we thought things should look and be, and of who we thought we were.
In addition, our souls are guiding us as well. They are setting up situations unique to us that open that doorway. We have all been programmed to evolve according to our own individual blueprints at our own specific times. When the Earth frequencies reach a certain pitch for you, your time will come. The dropping away of your old life will continue, at an accelerated pace. Your fascination with the things of 3D will wane even more than before, and you will gradually detach from identifying with the 3D reality as your reality. You will begin to access more and more of your 4D identity and personality, and you will begin to access more and more of the 4D way of doing things. You must trust this process and trust your "knowing" that you are safe, sane, and that all is proceeding according to plan… Love is the opposite of fear. Your task in all of this is to prepare yourselves to receive the changes with as much grace and ease as you can. Surrender is the way through. Resistance will only increase your discomfort. Letting go of one reality when we don't exactly know how to create the new one is scary, for it requires radical trust and faith in ourselves and we are not awfully good at this yet. Therefore, staying centered and grounded is important. Take time out to be alone with your thoughts. Walking in nature helps, so does meditation, or floating in the sea. Just remember that we cannot force this shift by taking a normal third dimensional approach towards it (ie) by using our Will Power and focusing on outcomes and fixes. All we can do is LET GO and let our God-self show us the way. It also helps to try and stay in present time, for present time is where the released past and the uncreated future meet. Dear Ones, in this time of climbing energies, the heavier your heart is, the heavier your feet will be. Those of you leading unfulfilled lives, working at jobs you hate, tolerating relationships that no longer fit, will see much stress and illness arising. When you live against your heart, your life will not go so well. The rising energies will force the body to mirror the state of the other layers within your form and field. The rising energies will also force your lessons home to you and lead you into situations that will necessitate action. In other words, it's best to clean up now, within and without, while you still have plenty of choices before you.
Many of you are starting to see choices where once there were none. The key to all success, inner and outer, is finding self-love, self-worth and self-confidence.
